The following terminology is applied to these Terms and Conditions: “customer,” “your,” and “you,” refers to you, the reader, purchasing product(s) from this store. “Me,” “us,” “our,” “my,” and “I,” refers to the owner of this shop and website, Madison.

● Refunds and/or Editions

Any additional details not mentioned in Enjin private message, the PayPal description, or via email will not be added after the completion of the portrait.

You are consented of your own free will to send complaints if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. However, no refunds will be made, nor a replacement piece of art given.

● Wait Time

Know that the amount of time it will take for your art piece to be made depends entirely on which item you purchased and the quantity of detail, as well as how many other customers, who have bought their desired products from this shop before you, are waiting on their own purchases. You will respect that the current wait time is prone to change as time progresses.

After a concept sketch is made for the purchaser, an rough estimation of how long the product will take to create will be given.

● Usage of Purchased Art

You are allowed to use the art you purchased on any website, for both private and public purposes, without requesting permission from the artist.

Nevertheless, you may not copy, resell, edit, duplicate, or take credit for any work of art on this website.

You also do not have authorization to use any of the art samples provided, nor claim any of the characters as your own; all art drawn belongs to the shop owner, Madison, and all characters belong to their respectful creators. The art and characters that are not yours may not be publicly shared without permission from myself.

● Requesting Permission

Permission may be requested by conducting a message via the “Contact” button located on the top of this page OR private messaged through Enjin.

● Your Purchase

A small edition to your purchased art is allowed to be made, such as the incorporation of a custom background image. However, no perceptible changes to the original drawing may be made.

The removal of watermarks is prohibited, as well as other changes that visibly sabotage the original artwork.
Please note that your art piece is liable to be used as an example in my shop.

● Account Information and Privacy

No private information of yours, the customer, will be distributed or presented to the public through this website. This applies to all platforms used to communicate with me.

● Plagiarism Reports

If you have noticed or believe a product purchased from this website has been redistributed, changed, stolen, resold, or so forth by someone who has not been sanctioned to do so, please contact me the most convenient way available at that time.
